When I create the weekly blog, I work from a huge list of over 2000 annual events, and nearly 1000 regular venues like mini-golf, museums, water parks, haunted houses, holiday lights, and a lot more, that I have built since 2003.
It all comes with phone numbers and addresses and is great for printing out and carrying along with you in the car. It's also tagged with regions and even days of the week, so you can sort it by region and day and find out that in Boston Metro on Tuesdays there's a regular magic show, and in Metro West on Thursdays there's a Contra dance.
So here it is as one huge Microsoft Excel file: johnnys-list.xls (About 1 MB)
